Yellow-rumped Warbler Daydreaming by Debra Martz
Spotted this little warbler hopping around the edge of the pond just off the back deck at the visitors center of Estero Llano Grande State Park in Weslaco, TX. It was all over the place!! Then finally, hopped up on the reeds and posed for me in several different ways then looked off to the sky as if daydreaming! There are boardwalks over and around the pond and many more trails for bird watching. 45 different species had been spotted the morning I visited the park!
