Padre Butte to Tower Butte - Lake Powell by Debra Martz We took the fabulous boat tour to the Rainbow Bridge which is one hundred miles round-trip. It was a gorgeous day with beautiful blue skies and water. We left from the Wahweap marina in Arizona, soon passed through a man-made channel into Utah, where most of the boat ride took place. Such a scenic boat ride passing by many buttes, formations along the way. Some are named, such as Padre Butte far left and Tower Butte far right, but many are not.
