White-winged Dove - Lady Bird Park by Debra Martz The nature trails are fairly wooded and shaded at this park, making it a bit difficult to get good bird photos unless one happens to land out on a limb where some sun is streaming through. This male came out to this branch a number of times, bowing and puffing its neck like it is doing here. They will also do a spiraling courtship flight to entice females during breeding season.
