White Butterfly on Mexican Flame by Debra Martz
A few years ago, one of the island's Garden Clubs was given permission to design and plant a butterfly garden in one of the parks. It was quite successful in attracting butterflies in the first year. This white butterfly is enjoying the nectar of the Mexican Flame in January. The Mexican Flame is a fast-growing, ever-blooming plant, which makes it a great plant to attract butterflies! I believe this butterfly is a Cabbage White, but not certain.
