Juvenile Seagull In Flight ©Debra Martz When visiting the Great Plains State Park in Oklahoma, I always make a stop at the spillway as there will normally be seagulls there at the very least. This young Herring Gull came flying by shortly after I made it to the 2nd tier. It is a migratory gull that I see in both Fall and Spring migration. This was a rather early Spring arrival in January or maybe it just stayed after arrival last fall.
