That moment when I walked into a bird blind and wondered why there were no birds! I first saw this little gray fox entering the area to the right and wondered if it was after the birds....but what it really wanted was a nice drink of water! It kept hearing something (me?), I guess, because it turned and looked in multiple directions after each few laps of water.
This in the Hill Country Area at the South LLano River State Park near Junction, TX. A great state park if you enjoy bird and wildlife watching.
