Description
Warbler on A Tree Trunk by Debra Martz
We had already walked miles in the state park and needed to give our feet a rest. Thankfully, there are benches throughout the park for tram stops. We weren't ready to get on the tram to leave, only wanted to sit and have some water. And what a perfect place for a break, as many Orange-crowned Warblers were zipping all around in the surrounding trees.
Photographed in the Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park in the subtropical tip of Texas.

AI Alt Text: A small bird with muted green and brown plumage clings to the side of a tree, its sharp beak pointing upwards. The background is softly blurred with warm, earthy tones enhancing the scene's natural beauty.
