Wait For Me Momma by Debra Martz While on an early morning drive down a backroad in the Hill Country of Texas, Momma Dear jumped the fence and darted in front of us to the other side of the road. There were two young deer; one turned and ran to the woods but this one stopped and stared after its momma. We stayed stopped for a moment to make sure this baby wasn't going to run in front of us, then very slowly moved onward.
