Description
Tin Man Cimarron Heritage Center Boise City Oklahoma by Debra Martz
Seemed odd seeing this in Oklahoma but hey, Kansas is just north a ways.
Standing 13 ft tall & weighing 750 lb this replica of the well-known Wizard of Oz character was built by John D. Morris in 1989 to attract visitors to his Log Cabin Corner Cafe in north/central Oklahoma. Around 2006 it was bought and moved to Pueblo, Colorado by Richard Smith. In 2011, the Cimarron Heritage Center purchased it from him and brought it back to Oklahoma.
