The Side Often Overlooked
This beautiful wildflower proves that the beauty is often on both sides but how many really look to the back side of the flower as the view to admire? Both the yellow and green colors are beautiful but the soft fuzziness of the back greenery drew me in...and then there was that tiny green and orange insect adding to the beauty.
I found this beauty in a large stand of wildflowers while on a hike at Wild Rivers Recreation Area (a National Bureau of Land Management property) in Northern New Mexico.
