Description

Texas Hill Country Spring by Debra Martz Last week (mid-March) I had the opportunity to drive the Willow City Loop which is just north of Fredericksburg, TX. I had heard of this drive and was hoping the spring wildflowers would be in bloom. While there were some in places, it was a little early for full fields of Bluebonnets but this was beginning to fill with young, early blooms and I liked the cactus among them, also.

I've used a few software programs to give my photograph this a painterly look.
