I had a good laugh while sitting at the beach when this ring-billed gull came along with a chicken bone. I had to wonder if someone tossed it the bone after finishing from a cookout or if the seagull stole it whole and this was what remained. They can be very sneaky and quiet when they want to be; I know. We had the grandkids at the beach for a hotdog cookout one time and when they were ready for seconds we turned to the grilled and not a single hotdog was left! That's right, the seagulls had stolen them right off of the HOT grill!!
