Sunrise Point - Bryce Canyon - Utah by Debra Martz Well, perhaps the title should be Almost Sunrise Point. I was working my way along the Rim Trail from Sunset Point, which is a half-mile when rain surprised me. It looks nice and sunny but I had been keeping an eye on the impending rain storm approaching from the opposite direction...but not watching quite well enough. Some sprinkles hit, I turned around, saw the fast-approaching rain, and realized I needed to sprint back to the previous point to protect my camera gear. So I didn't make it to the actual concrete pad where it states "Sunset Point" but close.
