Description
Snow Goose at Rest by Debra Martz With its dusky coloration of the head, I have determined this to be a juvenile white morph snow goose. White Morph adults are all white with black wing tips. I spotted a small flock of the snow geese along the creek in the Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park of Fredericksburg, Texas. There are also dark morph Snow Geese, or "Blue Geese," with a white face, dark brown body, and white under the tail.
