Description
I was admiring the yellow flowers on the Retama tree against the blue sky when this Red Winged Black Bird landed right where I was aiming my camera! Turns out, I liked this image better with the bird on the branch than without!
The Retama (Parkinsonia aculeata) tree is aka Palo Verde, Jerusalem Thorn, Horse Bean and Lluvia de Oro.
