Parker Bridge Over Allegheny River - Pennsylvania by Debra Martz We were en route to Pittsburgh Int'l Airport from Clarion and decided to take the back roads instead of the interstates. This was a nice surprise along highway 368 as we came over the hill top, through heavy forested area and some fog and then the bridge appeared at the bottom of the hill just before crossing it. We stopped at 2 different spots for some photography. After a little while, the morning sun finally burned through most of the low lying clouds/fog. There was still some steam rising from the river.....highway 368 at Parker, PA.
