Male Northern Cardinal High in the Treetop by Debra Martz I looked out my back window and this handsome guy was sitting in the top of my maple tree. I doubted there was time to grab my camera, dart out the front door, around to the side gate and then slowly approach the backyard. Glad I gave it a try because, as you can see, he waited for his photograph to be taken! Backyard bird watching can be quite good at times!
