Leaving Galveston by Debra Martz
It was one of those days that fog had caused a returning cruise ship to arrive late in Galveston. It was the cruise ship we were waiting to board for departure. This meant that we were delayed from an afternoon departure to one of late evening with the darkness of night giving us a new view of the Galveston port. The industrial part of the port which was actually a pleasant sight with all the lights and reflections across the water. A positive from a negative! :-)
