If it is not in season, you won't find it on the menu. In addition to seafood, it is also known for its Bourbons. It is after all the Bourbon House located on Bourbon Street!!! They state that the restaurant offers New Orleans' most extensive and impressive selection of small batch and single barrel bourbons, a delicious Frozen Bourbon Milk Punch, and the one and only New Orleans Bourbon Society.
The sign is black, white and gray with red lettering. It really stands out when you are walking along the sidewalk.
