Description
Curious Winter Wren by Debra Martz
Like any Wren I’ve ever watched, this one was extremely curious, too. It was under rocks, between rocks, in the vegetation, hopping in the water puddle, and exploring every knook and cranny in the area. But, I was determined to stay until I could get a photo of it completely and not just its short tail, a foot here and there, a peek from underneath a rock, etc, and finally, I succeeded. I have all those other shots forementioned, too. LOL
Not to mention, this was a Lifer, which made my day of birdwatching complete!
Photographed in Estero Llano Grande State Park in the section known as The Tropical Zone.
