Description
“Clay-colored Thrush Profile”
It gave me a perfect profile showing off its varied brown and buff feathering, but I love the red eye!
This thrush is common in open forests and lightly wooded areas from northern Colombia to Mexico, and just ranges north into southern Texas.
Photographed in Estero Llano Grande State Park in Weslaco, TX.
