Artist's Description
Black-necked Stilt with Textured Water by Debra Martz This stilt was wading across the pond at Estero Llano Grand State Park. It was in an area without vegetation so the water alone was a little lifeless. I liked the morning sunlight shining on the stilt and decided to add one of my blue-green overlays to the water to add texture and interest.
