Are You My Mom by Debra Martz This poor thing was terrified and didn't know which way to turn! We were in the Towers area of Yellowstone National Park and traffic both ways was at a stand still....as it always is when an animal is on the roadway. It was walking from side to side of the road; looking up one side which was a cliff (with a high rock structure that had been added for stabilization) and when looking over the other side it was a cliff wall straight down. As this young bighorn sheep was walking by our truck, it paused and looked straight in the window at us as if asking for help. Of course, the only thing we and everyone else could do was to move on slowly as it passed by. I thought about it for a long time, wondering where it finally found its escape from the roadway and back to the mountain side.

My favorite moments are times spent outdoors. I love bird watching, going on hikes and appreciating nature that is all around us. Therefore, much of my photography involves nature and wildlife. I, also, enjoy traveling and have galleries with images from several states in the USA and a few European countries.
